In line with the Guidelines and Policies of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Auckland, everyone who serves with the chaplaincy completes the following, and renews them every three years.
Sign the Code of Conduct
Available in English or Tagalog. Sign whichever you are most comfortable reading.
Complete Police vetting
Fill in the PVS Vetting Request and Consent Form, with "Roman Catholic Bishop of Auckland" as the Agency Name, and provide 2 valid IDs.
Attend a safeguarding seminar
Run by the Catholic Diocese of Auckland, either in person or online via Microsoft Teams. Our ACFC Safeguarding Coordinator is also here to help you find a session that suits you.
Complete and sign these forms, then send them back to us. Our team is here to support you every step of the way.
On the vetting form, put "Roman Catholic Bishop of Auckland" as the Agency Name. Please include copies of 2 valid IDs with your vetting form.
